OAO "Ulianovskneft" introducing a system of electronic document control

Within the limits of introduction of the system of electronic document control an extensive list of business processes connected with processing of the documentation will be automated: creation and storage of documents in electronic form; support of the procedures of documents coordination and processing  at all the stages of their life cycle; organization of exchange of the documents with electronic digital signature; delivery of electronic tasks and control over their performance; interaction between employees during business processes; tracing of the history of work with documents and their fast retrieval; meetings and sessions management.
Besides, for the future the company purchased the block « Сonneсtor to 1С: Enterprise 8» which will provide interaction of the program 1С:8.2 SPOT with the system of electronic document control.
Introduction of the SEDC will not only permit  optimization of  documentation processing and distribution, but will also create a uniform information space at the enterprise for effective and operative interaction of the employees.
