Effective cooperation
Ulyanovsk. On the eve of the New Year the largest oil producing holding “RussNeft” sums up the results of collaboration with the Administration of Ulyanovsk Region. The Company implements large-scale social programs in regions where the Company carries out oil production. The cooperation is undertaken on the basis of agreements with the administrations with the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Such Agreement on socio-economic development the Company annually enters into with the Government of Ulyanovsk oblast. In 2011 the overall contribution of OAO NK “RussNeft” and its subsidiary enterprise OAO “Ulyanovskneft” to the social sphere of our region amounted to more than 53 million rubles.
Part of the funds went to the budgets of the administrations of the regions, where the development of oilfields is carried out. The other part was allocated to charitable funds of sports and culture development. Since 2003 “RussNeft” sponsors a youth football club “Neftyanik” in the town of Novospasskoye. Moreover, with the participation of the holding the construction of Spaso-Voznesensky Cathedral in the city of Ulyanovsk is carried out.
OAO ‘Ulyanovskneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, conducts field development at the territory of 6 districts of oblast, these are Melekesskiy, Cherdaklinsky, Novomalyklinsky, Novospasskiy, Nikolaevskiy, and Radishevskiy disricts. Adhering to the priorities of social policy of the Holding, OAO “Ulyanovskneft” involved in the development of economy of the region, welfare and quality of life of local people of these municipal entities. Therefore, funds were allocated to the construction of kindergartens, renovation and equipping of schools, hospitals, cultural and sports institutions and additional education.
As a socially responsible employer, the Company intends to continue maintaining the status of the prestigious and interesting place of work, the source of new ideas and technologies, a cohesive team of like-minded professionals. Just in 10 months of the year 2011 there was allocated nearly 35 million rubles to social support of OAO “Ulyanovskneft” employees and it means free food for production workers, health improvement for employees and their children (free vouchers to resorts and camps), material assistance and much more.
