Nizhnevartovsky District, KhMAO. The new collective agreement for 2012-2014 was adopted at OAO MPC Aganneftegasgeologia (a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft), as the press service of the multibusiness company informed the Tyumenskaya Linia agency.
The new collective agreeent maintained all the previous obligations of the employeer in the field of social security of the personnel. The programs of health resort treatment for employees and their familiy members, non-state pension provision, voluntary medical insurance, living conditions improvement, arrangement of cultural events, reimbursement for meals at oilfield canteens, various social benefits preserved
their priority.
By the joint decision of the workforce and the company administration the package of social benefits was expanded. From 2012 the company is going to pay one-off welfare assistance to the families bringing up disabled children, large families, participants of local conflicts. Additional paid leaves shall be granted on the occasion of a wedding, birth of a child, The Knowledge Day. The sums of one-off retirement benefit and benefit in connection with birth of a child were also increased.
In 2012 OAO MPC Aganneftegasgeologia is going to assign more than 37 million rubles for implementation of its social programs.
