ОАО AKI-OTYR has invested 7 million RUR in social program of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District

Khanty-Mansiysk. In 2011 under socio-economic agreement on cooperation between NK RussNeft and administration of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, ОАО NAK AKI-OTYR, a subsidiary enterprise of NK RussNeft, has spent 6.746 million RUR for social program of Yugra. Among the priority projects that have received financial support of oil workers are maintenance and reconstruction of socially significant facilities, resource conservancy, and support for indigenous people of the North.

ОАО NAK AKI-OTYR provides sponsor and charity support for pre-schools and schools, for boarding schools, and foster homes for disabled. Funds are channeled for the improvement of material and technical base of institutions, for summer holidays in the children’s school camps. Financial assistance is given to children with serious diseases.
That said, in 2011 tax liabilities of the Company to different types of budgets and extra-budgetary funds made 7.566 billion RUR, which is 2.274 billion more than in 2010. Besides, contributions to the budget of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District (including local budgets) made 304 million RUR; and to the federal budget – more than 7.191 billion RUR; to extra-budgetary funds – more than 71 million RUR.
In 2012 ОАО NAK AKI-OTYR is going to continue implementation of large-scale social and charitable programs, which let to fully elicit potential of the region and show positive effect on economic development of the region and growth in prosperity of its people.
