Aganneftegazgeologiya prepares for drilling on Roslavlskoye field
Nizhnevartovks region, KhMAO. OAO MPC Aganneftegazgeologiya commenced preparatory works for horizontal directional drilling on Pad 20 of Roslavlskoye field. The work is performed within the program for drilling of producing wells.
A drilling rig is being installed on the site; materials and equipment required for the well construction are delivered.
Commencement of the well No 1098 drilling is scheduled for the second decade of May. Its depth is designed to be 3,498 m, the length of the horizontal section will be 500 m. BV8-1 horizon will be penetrated by drilling, press service of OAO MPC ANGG informs.
Roslavlskoye field has been under commercial development since 2000, its operation stock is 50 oil producing wells. Commissioning of a new well will allow Aganneftegazgeologiya to stabilize the volumes of the produced oil and increase the performance indicators.
