Saratovneftegas optimizes production by using unique equipment.
Saratov. OAO Saratovneftegas, a subsidiary production enterprise of OAO NK RussNeft, at well No18 of Vostochno-Syslovskoye oilfield put into operation installation VNN-3-240-2000 with the capacity of 240 m3/per day. This set of new equipment made it possible to optimize the process of oil production and substantially increase the daily flow.
Previously work at well No 18 was complicated by non-standard narrow production string. The use of new equipment made it possible to find the optimal engineering decision. Thus, as a result, daily production of oil here increased by 13.1 tons.
Introduction of innovative local developments allowed OAO Saratovneftegas increase the efficiency of carrying out geological-technological activities. Search for innovative engineering solutions in abnormal conditions of well operation gives stable positive results. In particular, in 2011 the problem of so-called “narrow” strings was successfully overpassed with the help of non-standard technologies at wells No 195 of Sokolovogorskoye oilfield, No 1 of Rogozhinskoye oilfield, No 12 of Limano-Grachevskoye oilfield.
