OAO Belkamneft carried out an energy audit
Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft goes on updating the system of energy conservation techniques. Within the frames of implementation of this project there was carried out an energy audit of the enterprise was and a target program including specific stages in the sphere of applying energy conservation techniques was developed.
Energy audit of the group of companies Belkamneft was conducted by GCE –Energy (St. Petersburg) which is a member of SRO Noncommercial partnership “Council of energy auditor firms of the oil and gas industry”. The main aims of the energy inspection were as follows: obtaining of objective data on the volume of energy resources used, determination of energy efficiency indicators, determination of energy conservation potential and energy efficiency growth, as well as working out of energy conservation measures and cost estimate thereof.
As the result of the inspection there were obtained 11 energy performance certificates of OAO Belkamneft subsidiaries, which included the list of energy conservation measures. On the basis of the said documents energy conservation program at OAO Belkamneft for 2012-2013 was drawn up.
For Belkamneft, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, introduction of energy conservation techniques is one of the main directions of work, which permit to control energy costs in the sphere of electric energy consumption and efficiently apply modern methods of using it.
