RussNeft’s AGM slated for June 28.
Moscow. NK RussNeft’s (RTS: RUSN) Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for June 28, the Company said in a statement. The Meeting’s agenda includes approval of the annual report, annual financial statements, distribution of profit based on the results of financial year 2011, election of the members of the board of directors, the members of the Auditing Committee, approval of an auditor.
The shareholders will also consider items on the approval of transactions with the subsidiaries, as well as Bashneft (RTS: BANE).
The list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting is made according to the register of shareholders as of May 21.
AFK Sistema (RTS: AFKS), which controls Bashneft, owns 49% of RussNeft shares, another 49% of shares belong to the founder and the President of the Company Mikhail Gutseriev, and 2% of shares are in pledge with Sberbank (RTS: SBER).
