The parade competition for the title of “The Best in the Profession” is starting at OAO Varioganneft

The prime purpose of the competition is  increase of level of professionalism of the personnel, revelation of the most perspective workers both among experts with long-term experience, and among youth.
The first day of the competition was May 25. The competition for the  title of «The best cook» was  housed by  the administrative block of Varioganneft and  Kuru Alla Ivanovna became the winner.
Competitions of professionals will proceed on June 20. The title rank of the best in the profession will contended for by be oil and gas production operators, welders,  well servicing operators, oil, gas and condensate production experts, well testing and repair specialists, pump station operators, technological installations operators and chemical analysis laboratory assistants.
June 21 will be the third and the final day of the competition. On that day boiler rooms operators  and electrical engineers, I&C mechanics and oil and gas equipment repairmen, turners and electricians will demonstrate their professional skills.
For employees of Varioganneft and the affiliated service enterprises participation in a  competition of the kind is, first of all, professional and material incentive to increase qualification, to achieve good results for worthy representation of the Society at the regional competition.
In total about 120 experts will take part in professional skill parade-competition "The best in the profession-2012" for employees of  OAO  Varioganneft and subsidiaries. Those  who will appear the best in the profession, will have to vindicate honor of the enterprise at  the next regional parade competition of professional skills at  OAO NK Russneft  among the enterprises of the Siberian group. The event will be housed by OAO Varioganneft (town of Raduzhny) on August 8-10.
