Belkamneft converted an asphalt plant from oil into associated gas
Izhevsk. ОАО Belkamneft (a subsidiary enterprise of ОАО NK RussNeft) finished reconstruction of asphalt plant (Asphalt Concrete Mixing Plant) converting it from utilization of commercial oil into utilization of associated gas, the company’s press-service said in a statement.
Reconstruction of the asphalt plant, which is located in the operations base Vyatka, was carried out under the state program for utilization of associated gas.
“Conversion of Asphalt Concrete Mixing Plant into utilization of associated gas will reduce the negative impact on the environment. Refuse to utilize commercial oil as fuel will bring the company significant economic benefits, and will also improve environmental safety of oil production”, - the company said in a statement.
