OAO Belkamneft allocated more than 9 million rubles to the implementation of wellness program for its employees
Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK RussNeft, has summarized immediate results of employees’ wellness program in H1 2012.
From January to June of the current year more than 260 employees of OAO Belkamneft had a rest in health resort institutions of Udmurtiya, Bashkortostan and the Perm Territory, provided that most of them took a course of medical rehabilitation treatment at the expense of VHI for an overall amount of 6 million rubles.
Moreover, the company has allocated 3 million rubles to health improvement of its employees within the framework of social package from the company’s revenue. A total of six months of 2012, OAO Belkamneft invested more than 9 million rubles in a wellness program for its employees.
Health concerns about employees - is one of the priorities of social policy of OAO Belkamneft. Only during last year, 2011, the enterprise invested more than 16 million rubles in the realization of a wellness campaign. The company’s management plans to continue paying serious attention to the realization of social programs for its employees and their families.
