Rosnedra has extended the license to Saratovneftegas for Sokolovogorskoye hydrocarbon deposit
Saratov. Rosnedra has extended OAO Saratovneftegas (РТС: SNFG) (a subsidiary of NK RussNeft " (РТС: RUSN) the term of license for the use of subsoil resources with the aim of oil and gas production at Sokolovogorskoye oil and gas deposit in Saratov, the company informs.
The license issued to the Company by the Ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation in 1998 now is extended till September 1, 2039, as reports say.
Saratovneftegas carries on oil and gas production in Saratov and Volgograd regions. OAO NK RussNeft owns 96.0899% of the share capital of the company (99% of ordinary shares).
