Varioganneft has determined “The Best in Profession”

The participants of the competition, which was held in 16 nominations, were the specialists of OAO Varioganneft and employees of subsidiary service companies.
The prime purpose of the competition is to increase the professional level of the personnel, to reveal the most prospective workers both among experts with long-term experience, and among youth. For employees of the subsidiary the competition of the kind is a unique opportunity to exchange practical experience and copyright materials.
This year 95 employees participated in the professional competition, as reported in press-service of OAO Varioganneft. Traditionally the participants have to pass through two stages of the competition. The theoretical stage allowed the competitors to demonstrate their basic knowledge in the operating process and to answer questions relating to occupational safety. The practical stage allowed demonstrating experience and skills when performing everyday work in the workplace.
The winners were awarded diplomas and money certificates. The winners of the review competition of professional skills will get annual 10% bonus to salary. In the beginning of August they will defend the honor of their subsidiary at the review-competition of professional skills among the subsidiary enterprises of OAO NK RussNeft of Siberian Group, which will take place on the basis of OAO Varioganneft (Raduzhny).
