Mikhail Shamolin, the president of Sistema, JSFC, was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OAO NK RussNeft
Moscow. The Board of Directors of OAO NK RussNeft (РТС: RUSN) at the Board meeting held on July,2, appointed the Head of Sistema, JSFC (РТС: AFKS) Mikhail Shamolin its Chairman, the company informed.
Earlier, citing a source it was reported that M. Shamolin replaced the former JSFC Head Leonid Melamed in RussNeft Board of Directors. New members of RussNeft Board of Directors were elected at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Company last Thursday. The remaining members of the Board were re-elected in the same composition. The Head of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev and Sistema, JSFC own 49% of RussNeft each, Sberbank (РТС: SBER) owns about 2% of the shares.
