The subject matter of the agreement is the interaction between the parties to reduce tensions on the labor market on the part of the oil enterprise by assisting in the employment of citizens residing in the territory of the municipality of Ugra. Varioganneft shall comply with the established quota for the employment of people with disabilities, provide job opportunities to citizens requiring social protection and experiencing difficulties in finding work, the number of which is determined by local authorities. The enterprise has also committed itself to ensure the production practices during professional training of those who seek jobs according to specified activities of the Employment Center. The enterprise in turn will get assistance in recruitment of specialists, including their retraining for necessary professions. Moreover, Varioganneft had fruitful cooperation with the Administration of the city before as well.
