ОАО Belkamneft put ROSSCOR multiphase station into operation at Byginskoye oilfield

At the moment the pump station is set going, and there are also carried out works on software setting to bring the equipment to operating practices. In technological process of oil treatment at the oil treatment plant (OTP) Chernovskoye, introduction of MPS allows utilizing of associated gas not only from Chernovskoye, Tsentralnoye, Pogrebnyakovskoye, Sosnovskoye and Yuzhno-Listvenskoye fields, but also from Byginskoye field. Thus, today oil treatment plant Chernovskoye utilizes associated gas in full from all the neighboring fields.
Byginskoe field produces about 5.5 thousand cubic meters of gas per day. On completion of works in the control module of the pump station, it’s planned to pump over the entire volume of associated gas. The use of modern equipment will allow the company to reduce the negative impact on the environment, as well as to fulfill in 2013 the obligations under the license agreement for the rational use of associated gas.
OAO Belkamneft gained a wide experience in efficient utilization of associated gas. This type of fuel can be used not only for operating and production needs, but also for heating of its own administrative and on-site facilities and industrial premises.
