ОАО Ulyanovskneft to render assistance to its employees in purchasing accommodation
Ulyanovskneft. ОАО Ulyanovskneft, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK RussNeft, will provide compensations on interest rates for directed home buyer’s loans to its employees.
Such corporate support will be provided to Ulyanovsk employees, who buy dwelling, which is ready for occupancy or is in the course of building, as well as to those who are engaged in the construction of a house. Priority in obtaining compensation for reimbursement of interest rates will be given to the employees with the longest period of work in the company, to the young professionals, and the employees having two or more dependent family members.
Funds for these purposes are provided by the cost estimate to the Collective Agreement of OAO Ulyanovskneft. All in all in 2012 it’s planned to spend 1200000 rubles for corporate support.
