Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK RussNeft, organized a corporate event named “Success formula of Belkamneft” for new employees of the enterprise.
Team work of newcomers consisted of eight stages, where in each one the participants were required to show not only knowledge and personal skills but also the ability to interact effectively in a team, unite and make decisions collectively. Each participant received an opportunity to show his leadership qualities, taking over the role of a Manager at different stages of the competition. The employees have shown excellent results when dealing with complex and non-standard tasks and praised the effectiveness of the event. Totally, in 2011 OAO Belkamneft employed 720 people.
The personnel policy of the holding is based on the development of personnel motivation system, allowing each employee to rely on career development and benefits corresponding to his professional and personal contribution to the company. Basic staff consists of employees who have worked for more than 15 years at RussNeft enterprises. One of the important principles of personnel policy of the company is the succession of generations of oilmen.
Annually the list of social benefits is approved for the employees of the holding. Special attention is given to work with young specialists. For example, each young specialist can expect to receive special social package. The holding company’s enterprises are regularly provided with places for industrial practice work. In 2011 the subsidiaries of RussNeft 640 students of higher and specialized secondary educational establishments undertook production and pre-diploma practices.
Work with personnel is one of the priorities of OAO NK RussNeft. Only on 2011 varied programs of additional education, retraining and improvement of professional skills reached more than 3 thousand employees of RussNeft, the Company allocated more than 22 million rubles to these purposes.
