ОАО Ulyanovskneft has chosen “Best by Profession”

The competition was held with 11 nominations. About 90 employees of basic working professions participated in the competition.
Each stage of the competition consisted of theoretical and practical parts. The criteria for evaluation of the participants were time and task performance, lack of errors, compliance with HSE rules. Practical activities were carried out at several production sites – Oil processing and pumping facility Yuzhnaya, Oil treatment facility-500, Novospasskoye, Zapadnoye, Mordovoozerskoye fields. The title of the “Best by Profession” was given to:
electrical/ gas welder – Anatoliy Marizin;
operator of dewatering and demineralizing plant – Evgeniy Kazakov;
maintenance technician (for repair of oilfield equipment) – Aleksander Filimonov;
oil and gas production operator – Dmitry Efremov;
equipment mechanic for processing plant – Aleksey Golovinov;
team of well servicing and workover – Oleg Emelyanov, Vladimir Kupriyanov, Leonid Solyanik, Damir Mukhamedov;
electrician – Andrey Bukin;
lab assistant for chemical analysis – Svetklana Testesheva;
automation technician – Aleksander Shilin;
operator for well survey – Maksim Mingaliyev;
driver – Radik Khabushev.
The winners have received valuable prizes and 10% salary supplement per month throughout the year. The employees, who are the best in their profession, will present OAO Ulyanovskneft at the contest of professional skills, which will be held in Izhevsk by OAO NK RussNeft among its enterprises of Volga – Ural region.
