ОАО “Ulyanovskneft” allocated about 2 million rubles for charity programs in Ulyanovsk region in July
Ulyanovsk. OAO Ulyanovskneft, subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft”, allocated around 2 million rubles for social and economic development of Ulyanovsk region districts in July. The charity was done under agreements with administrations of the municipalities where the company has its facilities.
In particular, over 900 thousand rubles were allocated for equipment and maintenance of education, health and culture facilities, improvement of agricultural areas.
700 thousand rubles were allocated for funding the project “Mobile polyclinic” dedicated to ensure availability of health services for the people living in remote areas. The money will be used for purchase of VAZ “Niva” car, mobile ultrasonic scanner, mobile electrocardiographer and audiometer.
Assistance was also given to “Chrystal shoe”, the First All-Russia competition festival of gifted children, dedicated to V.M. Leontieva, people’s artist of the USSR.
The company also helped school children to prepare for the new academic year. This activity aimed at assisting children from large and poor families.
Financial aid to the areas of the company’s operations is a part of the charity and sponsorship program of OAO “Ulyanovskneft”. The overall charity funding in 2011 was around 6 million rubles. The company intends to keep the social programs funding in 2012 at the same level.
