OAO “Belkamneft” held the first tourist forum of young specialists
Izhevsk. OAO “Belkamneft”, OAO NK “RussNeft” subsidiary, carried out a tourist festival for young specialists of the company. Such event was held for the first time and gathered around two hundred participants – young representatives of all divisions of OAO “Belkamneft”.
The gathering agenda included sports competitions like volleyball, mini-football, relay race, catamaran race as well as tourist competitions: setting a fire, tent erection, tourist cuisine. The winners were awarded with valuable prizes. The festival participants remarked that such events help to build effective communication both with the company management and peer colleagues as well as facilitate active involvement of the creative and intellectual potential of the youth into the life of the company.
Personnel care is one of the priorities of OAO NK “RussNeft”. Over 3 thousand employees of the Company were covered by various programs of qualification and education upgrade only for the last year, while over 22 million rubles overall were allocated for this purpose.
