Nizhnevartovsky District, KhMAO-Yugra. Aganneftegasgeologia (ANGG) intends in 2012 to reach 95% APG utilization level at Mokhtokovskoye and Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye oilfields.
It used to be the needs of the age, but since January 1, 2012 it has become the imperative of the government. And the companies which are not willing to pay penalties will have to meet the required level of APG utilization.
Aganneftegasgeologia has developed the program of APG utilization. The gas pipeline “MTPS of Mokhtikovskoye oilfield – Gas turbine power station of Zapadno-Poludrnnoye oilfield” has been built and put into operation for start-up work. Design works for construction of the gas pipeline “CS Povkhovskaya – Lokosovsky Gas Processing Plant” are completed and equipment for it is purchased. A 6 km long supply main will be built at the territory of MTPS of Zapadno-Mogutlorskoye oilfield from the new compressor station (25 million cbm/year) to the tie-in point of the gas pipeline.
This year construction of oil-and-gas pipeline “BS -28 of Yeguriakhskoye oilfield – BS-2 of Roslavlskoye oilfield”, of about 50 km long will be started. Besides, ANGG participates in a large-scale transport project of NK RussNeft: construction of a 94 km long gas pipeline. The gas pipeline will connect the OAO Varioganneft and ANGG facilities for gathering and transportation of associated gas to processing facilities.
For gas treatment at the Main Transfer Pumping Station (MTPS) Aganneftegasgeologia chose the equipment manufactured by ENERGAZ. The delivery includes Booster Compressor Station Enerproject EGSI-S-180/850 WA, 5200 cbm/h, gas measuring unit, a dehydration system. It is the first compressor unit equipped with smooth motor start.
