Young specialists are honored in OAO Varioganneft
Raduzhny, KhMAO. A ceremony of initiation of young specialists into oilmen took place in “Dosug” recreation complex on August 28, eve of the Oil and Gas Industry Day in OAO Varioganneft (OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary). The young specialists pronounced solemnly the “Young specialist” oath and were given the Oilman certificates.
As stated by Varioganneft press-service, this became traditional and is held every year.
On the eve of the initiation, the young specialists participated in a weekend hike, sport and educational event organized by the youth board and trade union of Varioganneft jointly with the tourist club.
The weekend hike was aimed at adaptation of the young specialists for work, promotion of the healthy lifestyle and strengthening of friendship among the young employees of the company.
Many young specialists – graduates from universities and technical schools – get employment in OAO Varioganneft every year. 14 young specialists were employed by the company in 2012 (5 more graduates to come). Due to their endless energy and initiative, they are the company’s future and traditions continuators. Currently, the youth board сщгтеы 47 employees while the ratio of the young people under 35 in the company is over 40%.
The company, besides development of business and personnel qualities and career growth planes for the young specialists, also creates conditions for comprehensive adaptation in the team including provision of social guaranties and advantages.
