Ulyanovsk. The year of 2012 is an anniversary year for the oil industry of the Ulyanovsk region. The first and up until now the only largest oil producing company OAO Ulyanovskneft was founded 35 years ago. Many events have followed since that time, one of them was integration of the company into the RussNeft Oil Holding structure. RussNeft Oil Holding celebrates its 10th anniversary in September.
From this moment on a noticeable movement has started in the development of the company. It involves massive drilling, along with that oil production has increased in more than two times, highly-qualified employees have been recruited, working conditions of the employees have improved. Nowadays Ulyanovskneft steadily follows its Success Strategy.
One of the key areas this year is introduction of new technologies and modern equipment. Energy effective installations of the electric-centrifugal pump of improved efficiency have been put into operation at the producing field. Using these installations permits to decrease the losses of the biggest part of the electrical energy and decrease the prime cost of the produced oil ton.
Introduction of the automated management system of technological processes is being continued. This system permits to monitor the current working parameters of the well and submersible equipment: working in start/stop regime, reasons for the latest suspension, engine loading and temperature, intake pressure, input voltage etc. The wells of Verhozimskoe, Volodarskoe, Baranovskoye, Vishnevskoye, Yuzhno-Philippinskoye, Novolabitovskoye fields, as well as RVS 1000 and AGZU «Sputnik» have been already connected to the system.
The CCTV operating system, recording the work of 5 groups of concentric tubing servicing and well-workover operation has been put into operation. It permits to control the way repair operations are maintained on-line and watch compliance with the industrial safety regulations.
The Northern Group of fields has been equipped with high-speed information transmitting channels the video communication maintenance at distance organizations, telemetry system data transmitting, corporate e-mail data, data of telephone network integrated into the working corporate IP telephone system. Such communication channels are integrated into initial water separation at Mordovoozerskoye, Allagulovskoye and Novobesovskoye fields.
The APG utilization programme has been implemented successfully. Within this programme the level of rational gas use at a number of the objects amounts to 95%. Gas chromatograph «Crystal 5000» has been put into industrial operation in the chemical laboratory «UPN Severnaya».
Personnel of the company numbers more than 1100 employees. The company finances effective educational programmes, assisting in teaching and professional conversion of the employees. In H1, 2012 Education block was launched in 1C: The Company – Producing company management.
Educational classes, equipped with modern computer and audiovisual devices are created for the personnel training in the sphere of health safety, industrial safety and fire safety minimal facilities. The class equipped for 18 people has been already operating in oil and gas production department No.1 “South” and another one will soon start operating in oil and gas production department No.2 “North”. Also within the frames of Environment Protection Measures Plan 2012 the company organizes traditional competition aiming to draw attention of each of the employees to the issues of decreasing negative environmental impact.
The contest for the Best Specialist Award is held on a regular basis. This year 11 people were nominated. The contest witnessed participation of 90 representatives of different professions. The winners were awarded with presents and bonuses to their monthly salaries making up 10% to the salary throughout the year.
OAO Ulyanovskneft social programme includes: free meals at the manufacturing plants, free vacations in special vacation camps for the workers and their children, financial assistance and rewards. Since 2012 the workers have been offered compensations of interest rates within targeted credits for accommodation purchase.
The company takes active part in the realization of regional key social programmes. Special attention is paid to the districts containing operations facilities of the company. Since the beginning of 2012 6 mln RUB have been assigned for equipment and refurbishment of the educational, health service and cultural institutions.
