Aganneftegazgeologia implements a program supporting retired employees and veterans
Nizhnevartovsk district, KhMAO. OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia (NK RussNeft subsidiary) has allocated over 1 million rubles in 2012 to support the retired employees and veterans of the company.
Aganneftegazgeologia undertakes annual payments to support its former employees by the Oilman Day, International Day of Older Persons and Christmas. Gala nights with shows and snacks are held in the local cultural center for the residents of Novoagansk – area of the company’s operation.
As communicated by the press-service of OAO MPK ANGG to UralInformBuro, charitable funds are allocated for direct assistance to the social organization of veterans “Khanty-Mansyisk Community Yugra” and the Tyumen council of war and labor veterans of Yu.G. Ervie Glavtyumengeologia organizations counting many veterans, who have developed dozens of fields in the Tyumen North.
As of today, there are 196 retired former employees of the company. “Respect to the war and labor veterans, elderly people, is a tradition of Aganneftegazgeologia, Konstantin Terenin, Director General, says. It is hard to overestimate the input of our veterans into creation and development of the oil and gas complex in Khanty-Mansyisk region producing now over 50% of Russia’s oil. They deserve not only gratitude and deep respect. The company will continue to strive to develop corporate programs for supporting the veterans of the company.”
