OAO Ulyanovskneft maintained formation frac job at Severo-Zimnitskiy oil field

Frac job was maintained by the major oilfield services company Shlumberzhe. The whole process was controlled by telemetering system.
This method of formation frac job at OAO Ulyanovskneft was implemented for the first time. Formation frac job – is a method of oil production intensification. The mechanical influence on the effective pay occurs while this method is being implemented. Under the pressure influence, made by fluid injection into formation the formation frac job occurs. This leads to slowdown of hydraulic resistivity in bottom-hole area and increase of the effective drain radius, which results into multiple increase of a well-stream. Thus the formation frac job secures full production of hydrocarbons.
It is expected that the results of formation frac job, the well No. 23 flow rate at Severo-Zimnitskiy oil field will increase in 6 times. In case of positive frac job effect OAO Ulyanovskneft plans further installation of this method.
