Varioganneft witnessed trade union conference
Raduzhny, KhMAO. The report on the work performed, new leader of the Trade Union election and the issue of inclusion of the shop floor organization at the Ina-Intertrans subsidiary into the Trade Union of Varioganneft were considered within the report and elective conference at OAO Varioganneft.
Trade union “Varioganneft” has existed since 1976 and 67% of the staff in the company and its subsidiaries belong to it, the press-office of the company informs. Primary areas of company’s activity include the increase of social safety of the staff, health and safety conditions improvement, conducting of public and sports events for the members of the trade unions and their families. Activity areas of the trade union are regulated by the Collective Agreement concluded in the company for 2012-2013. Being a social-oriented company, OAO Varioganneft edits annually the Agreement with various concessions, guarantees and compensations provided to the employees above the settled norms under the law RF. OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary considers continuing social partnership with the trade union. The partnership will be managed by implementing the Collective Agreement taking into account needs and wants of the employees.
