OAO Belkamneft has been brought under the Honors Board of the Udmurt Republic
Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft has been brought under the Honors Board of the Republic by the Act of the President of Udmurtia for the significant contribution to social and economic development of the region. It is the sixth time the company has been brought under the Honors Board of the Republic.
Today OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary OAO Belkamneft is one of the major oil producing companies in the region. It produces oil and performs oil treatment works successfully on the territory of 16 districts of the Udmurt Republic, Bashkortostan and Kirov region. In 2011 OAO Belkamneft reached the record-breaking level amounting to 4.2 mln tons of oil, which is 7% higher than the similar figure in 2010. More than 800 mln Rub. were directed at eco-programmes’ implementation.
OAO Belkamneft is the second major tax payer of the Udmurt Republic. The company employs more than 4 thousand people.
Social tasks of the Republic are solved successfully; socially significant charity and sponsor programmes are offered support within annually concluded Agreements between the government of Udmurtia and the Company.
RussNeft contributes to restoration of churches in Udmurtia, supplying equipment to educational and medical institutions, financial social development programmes of the Udmurtia areas where the Company operates.
