Saratov. Vladimir Kapkaev, Chairman of the regional Duma participated in the solemn award ceremony. The ceremony was conducted for those who were brought under the Honors Board of Saratov region, taking place in the Government of the region. T.M. Latypov, General Director at OAO Saratovneftegaz was also honored to be brought under the regional Honors Board.

The Certificates were awarded by Valery Radaev, Governor of the Region. Marina Alyoshina, Chief Federal Inspector to Saratov region and members of the regional government took part in the event as well.

Vladimir Kapkaev congratulated those brought under the regional Honors Board on behalf of the Duma officials. He marked their outstanding hard work and significant contribution to the development of the region. “Your great achievements are a reason for the people of Saratov to be proud of you and they set an example to all the people who work hard. The Honors Board, located at Theatre Square in Saratov always draws attention of both, citizens of our region and guests of the city. I am sure, this remarkable event will encourage more successful results”, he said.

This year 18 best representatives of various professions have been brought under the regional Honors Board, among them are teachers, doctors, people involved in science and the sphere of culture, sportsmen, social workers, media representatives, civil unions and 18 companies and organizations of the region as well.
