OAO NAC AKI-OTYR estimated the reserves of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye and Sredne-Shapshinskoye oilfields
Khanty-Mansiisk. OAO NAC AKI-OTYR, a subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, completed a real-time estimation of the reserves of Verkhne-Shapshinskoye and Sredne-Shapshinskoye oilfields which are under development.
The data were verified by the results of production drilling.
Alterations of oil and dissolved gas reserves were determined on the basis of the formations of Achimovsky deposits (Ach1, Ach2).The works done resulted in overall 1.6 million tons increment of recoverable resources categories C1+C2.
Replacement of the mineral stock is one of the priorities of the company’s development. For the third year in a row AKI-OTYR fully compensates hydrocarbon production at the account of reserves increment.
