OAO Belkamneft summed up the results of the employees’ health promotion campaign for 2012

This year more than 500 employees  recreated in sanatoriums  and at resorts of Udmurtia, Bashkortostan and the Perm territory. Besides, 350 children of Belkamneft employees spent their vacations in children’s summer camps of Udmurtia: “Dzerzhinets”, “Birch”, “Birchwood” , “Dewdrop” in Bashkortostan and in sanatoriums “Builder”,  “Pinewoods”. The cost of a voucher for an employee amounted only to 30% of the full cost. The remainder  was financed at the account of the company’s funds as well as of subsidies from the budgets of the Republics of Udmuurtia and Bashkortostan. On the total in 2012 OAO Belkamneft assigned for implementation of the health promotion campaign more than 18 million rubles which exceeds the analogous figure of 2011 by 13%.

Health promotion program is one of the priority task of the company’s social policy. The company management is planning to pay constant special attention to implementation of social programs for employees and their families.
