Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varyoganneft held a reporting and electoral conference of the Youth Board of OAO Varyoganneft and its subsidiaries. The 2012 progress report was presented and the chairman of the organization was elected at the event.
The Youth Board of OAO Varyoganneft was founded in 2004. Its main objective is to increase the working activity of the young employees, participate in the research and technology creative work, manage cultural and sport recreation as well as address social issues of the young specialists under 35 working in the company.
On annual basis, OAO Varyoganneft makes additions to the list of benefits, guarantees and compensations provided to the young specialists by the company. Currently, the employees are entitled for one-time installation allowance, compensation of the expenses related with the employees and their families moving to the employment location, allocation of accommodation in the dormitory etc. Besides, facilitators are assigned to the young specialist as tutors to ensure their fast professional adaptation.
OAO Varyoganneft intends to continue implementation of the program for supporting the young specialists working in the company in order to prepare highly professional personnel for OAO NK RussNeft.
