Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft indemnified above 6 mln rubles to the natives of Yugra where the company produces hydrocarbons.
Individual contracts taking into account the requirements of the natives have been concluded between the Company and the heads of communal family lands. At the moment the oil workers have concluded 41 individual contracts with each of the families. Compensatory payments are made on the authority of the Federal Law on Subsoil Resources and the Federal Law on Security of the Rights of the National Minorities of the RF and other district laws. The money allocated was targeted at acquiring construction materials, snowmobiles, boat engines, fuel, etc. Support offered to the natives of Khanty-Mansiysk region is the priority social policy area of the OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary. Within the concluded contracts in 2013 the company plans to increase the payments to the owners of communal family lands up to 11.850 mln rubles
