11.12.2012 AiF Yugra

Khanty-Mansiysk. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, implements a project on Verkhne-Shapshinskoe field infrastructure development. Total capital investments are 2.018 billion rubles in 2012. OAO NK RussNeft recognizes the development of Shapshinskaya group fields as a strategically important project. Total recoverable hydrocarbons are 98 million tons.

Oil production in the fields of Shapshinskaya group is 1.4 million tons this year. The average daily production has reached 3.9 thousand tons. OAO NAK AKI-OTYR implements the associated gas utilization program. A number of major projects have been implemented in 2012. This includes construction of 52 km inter-field gas pipeline from Verkhne-Shapshinskoe field booster station to Nizhne-Shapshinskoe field oil treatment facility. The pipeline will transport the gas to the compressor station and then to the new gas processing plant (project of OOO MONOLIT, OAO NK RussNeft, Salym Petroleum Development). Gas piston power station was also built at Verkhne-Shapshinskoe field. Construction of 110x35x10 kV substation is ongoing as well. For higher reliability, the facility is equipped with two transformers 25 MW each, 110 kV open switchgear, 35 kV closed switchgear, 10 kV closed switchgear, protection relays, automation and telemechanics. Battery limits of the power complex are: LEP-110 kV overhead HV power line from 6x110 kV substation of Nizhne-Shapshinskoe field to 100/35/10 kV substation of Verkhne-Shapshinskoe field. The associated gas utilized at the gas piston power station, provides full supply of power for the facilities of Verkhne-Shapshinskoe field. All construction and installation works have been performed in partnership with ZAO YugraGazProcessing (OOO MONOLIT structure). Besides, a 7.1 km field motor road is under construction. The engineering infrastructure development also provides for construction of oil gathering facilities, water pipelines, overhead power lines etc. The oil field infrastructure development will be continued in 2013 as well. The plan is to drill 20 new producing wells including 5 wells with horizontal completion by hydro-fractioning. The expected oil production increment is around 129.2 thousand tons. Implementation of these activities will allow to optimize the process of oil treatment and sales and reach the target annual production volume of 1.5 million tons, according to OAO NAK AKI-OTYR press-service.
