Aganneftegazgeologia held a scientific-practical conference of young specialists

The conference was split into three sections – Oil and gas fields exploration and development, Oil and gas production, Business support, Logistics and maintenance. 15 young specialists under 30 presented scientific developments and projects aimed at improving the company’s operation.

According to OAO MPK ANGG press-service communication to Uralinformburo, the reports were assessed based on their economics, actuality and originality of the subject.

Linar Ramzilovich Shaydullin, oil fields development process department leading geologist, was the winner in the Oil and gas fields exploration and development and Oil and gas production sections with a project on Nano-electrical logging for actual reservoir oil saturation assessment.

Alexei Vladimirovich Trufanov, power engineer, was recognized the winner in the Logistics and maintenance section for a report on Lightning protection for overhead HV power lines and power equipment.

The first place in the Business support section was given to Said Abdulaevich Omarov, property department leading specialist, who presented a project on Complex of activities for reduction of land utilization fees.

10 young specialists of OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia became winners and awardees of the conference. All of them were awarded with certificates and money bonuses.

Aganneftegazgeologia actively supports the professional growth of the young specialists and identification of their potentials. Conference winners bonuses funding increases every year.

The young specialists who demonstrated the best results will be delegated in spring 2013 to participate in the district scientific-practical conference which is annually held in Khanty-Mansiysk.

Summarizing the results of the conference, Konstantin Terenin, OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologia Director General, emphasized that the number of the conference participants grows every year which means that the young people are motivated to demonstrate themselves and increase their professionalism. All presented works are actual. Two of them will be circulated to OAO NK RussNeft for further review and possible implementation into operation.
