OAO Belkamneft held VIII scientific-practical conference of young scientists
Izhevsk. OAO Belkamneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, held an annual scientific-practical conference of young scientists. Over forty employees of the company submitted their projects.
The work of the conference was divided into five sections: Oil and gas production and processing; Field exploration and development; Oil production machinery and equipment and power generation; Automation, metrology and IT; Economy and management. The projects of the young specialists were assessed by a competent jury based on the actuality, technical concepts novelty, presentation quality and economic viability.
Marat Somov, NGDU-2 oil production and treatment leading process engineer, was the winner in the Oil production machinery and equipment and power generation section presenting a report on Power saving in ESP systems operation in OAO Belkamneft.
Danil Kostin and Anna Lekontseva, chemical analysis laboratory technicians of TsNIPR UHA-2 UNIPR, were recognized the best in the Automation, metrology and IT section with their project on the Sulfur detection method range expansion.
The first place in the Geology section was shared by Roman Studinsky, UPPSiNP well intervention analysis and selection leading engineer, and Evgeny Matros, UPPSiNP well intervention control leading engineer, presenting a work on Thermobaric well intervention for oil production increase in the fields of OAO Belkamneft.
Aleksandr Krivilev, ORP UOiOT personnel training and upgrade chief specialist, was the winner in the Economy and management section with a project on Creative directions of cooperation between OAO Belkamneft and Ufa State Oil Technical University.
Four employees of the company shared the prize place in the section on Oil production and treatment. Overall 15 works of OAO Belkamneft young specialists were distinguished and awarded with certificates and cash prizes.
