Moscow. OAO NAK Aki-Otyr (OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary (RTS: RUSN), developing Shapshynskaya oilfields group) will increase the level of the effective APG utilization up to 95% in 2013, RussNeft reports.
As reported before, APG utilization output at Shapshinskaya group was about to amount to 90% in 2012.
According to the NK report the increase of the APG utilization output maintained by the company is within its programme planned for 2009-2013. 467 mln rubles were allocated for its implementation last year.
The five-year programme involves construction of a number of facilities of the gas engineering infrastructure as well as the use of new thechnologies and development of the optimal operational approaches at Shapshinskaya oilfields group in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO).
One of the key directions of APG utilization in the RussNeft subsidiary involves refining at its own gas processing plants along with production of electrical power. This allows to meet the needs of the oil production. Commissioning works at the compressor unit station (BKS) were completed at Nizhne-Shapshinskoe oilfield in December. APG goes to the gas processing plant at Salymskoe oilfield (OOO Monolit, OAO NK RussNeft, Salym Petroleum Development) afterwards it comes back to the gas piston power station as dry gas for electrical power production.
Construction of a modular group pumping station (BKNS) within the second stage of the booster pump station is near completion. Productivity of the pump station will amount to 2.3 mln cub. m per year.
NAK Aki-Otyr produces oil and performs oil treatment in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Shapshinskaya oilfields group (includes Verkhneshpshinsky, Sredne-Shapshinsky and Nizhne-Shapshinsky licenses) with its general resources, reaching 98 mln tons, is under development. RussNeft considers Shapshinskaya group development to be an important strategic project.
