Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary OAO Varioganneft allocated more than 69 mln rubles to social programs implementation, fulfilling 2012 liabilities under the Collective Agreement.
The amount of funds allocated is by 5% higher against 2011, as OAO Varioganneft press-office reports to Tumenskaya line agency. Around 11 mln rubles were allocated to health-treatment program implementation for the company’s employees. More than 300 employees and their family members spent their vacations at the Black Sea, Altai, Tyumen region and Mineralniye Vody resorts. More than 90 children spent their winter and summer holidays at health camp “Children Republic”.
Within 2012 the company allocated money to cultural and sports events and proposed financial aid to the employees for the wedding, child birth, retirements and the expenditures of the employees on the 3 years maternity leave were recovered, etc.
Living conditions improvement programs, voluntary accidents insurance, voluntary medical insurance continue at the Company.
In 2013 Varioganneft will continue the development of social corporate program. Funding of the events targeted at employees’ social support will be increased by 8.2% which will amount to 77 mln rubles.
