RussNeft is planning to pay dividends by the results of 9 months of 2013
Novo-Ogarevo. RussNeft (RTS:RUSN) is planning to pay the next dividends in the third quarter of 2013, as the head of RussNeft Mikhail Gutseriev informed the journalists.
“On the whole by the results of the year (2012 – ANI) there will be no dividends. We are going to pay this year, in the III quarter”, - said M.Gutseriev.
The company pays interim dividends.
Earlier, AFK “Sistema” (RTS: AFKS) which owns 49% in RussNeft , informed the journalists that it received from the company the dividends in amount of $42 million in the third quarter of 2012. These were the first dividends AFK received from RussNeft from the moment of acquiring a part of its share capital. AFK didn’t expect RussNeft to pay dividends for the IV quarter of 2012
