Aganneftegazgeologiya develops oilfield operation infrastructure
Nizhenevartovsk, KhMAO-Yugra. OAO MPK Aganneftegazgeologiya (NK RussNeft subsidiary) implements industrial infrastructure development programme at the oilfields of the company. Access road to Pad 20 is being constructed at Roslavlskoe oilfield. The new road goes through swamped and hard to access areas. The road length will be 9 km.
The project involves building of two moveable bridges. The backfill will exceed 180, 000 cub. m of soil. Commissioning of the road is planned for September.
Within the year the company plans to improve the power supply system of the facilities. Reconstruction of 35/6 kV Mokhtikovskaya substation is planned at Mokhtikovskoye field. Construction of 6 kV high voltage power line is planned from the new substation to PTS (Packaged Transformer Substation) of Pad 8. Another 6 kV high voltage line will connect the Vostochno-Roslavlskaya substation with Pad 19 of Roslavlskoye field. The company also intends to perform engineering works and pas development works of Pad 8 –Mokhtikovskoye field and Pad 20 – Roslavlskoye field.
In 2013 OAO MPK Aganneftegasgeologiya will allocate more than 1.8 bn rubles to implement the programme of development of operation infrastructure and field development. Capital investments amount depends upon the intension of the company to increase annual consolidated production index.
