Varioganneft reduces the labour market pressure in Raduzhny

Within the agreement the company provides permanent employment for more than 2 800 Raduzhny people, the press-office reports. Thus the company reduces the labour market pressure. 
Varioganneft used to cooperate with the city administration in this area before.  In 2013 the company will continue to contribute to the employment of the permanent residents of Raduzhny in compliance with the agreement. The company organizes the students’ placement, also to those studying at Raduzhny education facilities.  Apart from that Varioganneft is planning to create permanent employment for disabled people.

Yuriy Tanin, CEO of the company, said “fulfilling the obligations within the tripartite agreement with the city administration and the employment office is one of the major directions of the Varioganneft labour policy. Implementing this agreement will allow to reduce the labour market pressure in Raduzhny, create new working places and will contribute to the employment of the people struggling for finding jobs”.
