Labor agreement has been concluded in OAO Varioganneft for 2013 – 2016

Raduzhny, KhMAO. Labor agreement has been concluded with the employees of the company for 2013-2016, in OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, OAO Varioganneft. The document regulates relations between the employer and employees within the social partnership, mutual liabilities of the Parties. It also involves additional exemptions and guarantees in comparison to the applicable law and other regulations.

New labor agreement still contains all the previous liabilities of the employer in relation to social security of the staff, the press-office of the company reports. Among the priorities of the Company are programs of resort therapy for the employees and members of their families, non-governmental pension benefits, voluntary medical insurance, living conditions improvement, prices cutting at the canteens of the oil fields, sports events and cultural events as well as various social payments. 
OAO Varioganneft will allocate around 77 mln rubles for the implementation of the social programs under the labor agreement, in 2013, which is by 8.2 % higher against 2012. 
OAO Varioganneft develops six fields in Khanty-Mansi and Yamalo-Nentsk autonomous districts: Varioganskoye, Novo-Aganskoye, Valyuninskoye, Tagrinskoye, Zapadno-Vrioganskoye, Yuzhno-Yaraynerskoye, the northern part of Tagrinskoye field.
The production output in 2012 amounted to 3.213 mln tons. In 2013 the company plans to increase the production output above 3.352 mnl tons.

The amount of employees of the company is above 1312 people.
