26.03.2013 UralInformbureau

Nizhnevartovsky district, KhMAO. OAO MPC Agannefterasgeologia (a subsidiary of RussNeft) introduced motor-vehicle transport satellite internet-monitoring system. The joint stock company assigned more than 2 million rubles for implementation of the system.

More than 110 units of motor vehicles owned by OAO MPC ANGG and its subsidiary Agan-Trans were equipped with special GLONASS/GPS equipment. First of all the system was installed on passenger vehicles and  the vehicles for dangerous and bulky cargoes.

According to OAO MPC ANGG press-service report to Interfax, satellite monitoring system permits on-line monitoring of the basic parameters of a vehicle functioning:  speed, speed rate violations, fuel consumption and balance, drivers’ time of work and observing work-rest schedule,  deviations from the route etc.

Introduction of the new system has already enabled the joint stock company to optimize motor transport work and reduce corruption risks. Thus, the average daily mileage of one vehicle reduced by 10%, and fuel consumption – by 3%. Satellite internet-monitoring equipment will be installed on each new vehicle acquired by  the company.
