OAO "Varioganneft" hosted the VIII Scientific Conference of Young Professionals
Raduzhny, KhMAO. JSC "Varioganneft", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft", hosted the annual scientific and technological conference of young specialists.
Ten staff members presented their projects in the field of geology, development, production, associated gas processing, introduction of new technologies in the industry and staff training to improve production efficiency.
The purpose of the annual conference is to identify the creativity and involvement of young workers to the solution of urgent priority objectives of the Company.
Research and development projects of the participants were aimed at reducing the cost of production of oil and gas and at improvement of the enterprise functioning. In the course of assessing the reports the jury took into account their relevance, innovation, technical solution and economic benefit from the project.
By the results of the conference the first place was given to Kurenkov, Pavel oil and gas production 3 grade operator of OGPD No 2, OGPW of Zapadno-Variogansky oilfield for the project "Introduction of fluid sampler ППЖР-01." The jury awarded the second place to oil and gas production 4 grade operator of OGPD No 1,OGPW No 2 Arslanov Azamat for his project "Associated gas processing". The third place went to shift technologist of OGPD No 1 technical service, OGPW No 9, Hazgaliev Marat for the report "Optimization of SPRU-equipped wells ."
The winners were awarded with diplomas, cash prizes and valuable gifts, says the reports of the company press service.
The winners of the VIII scientific conference of OAO Varioganneft young specialists will, from 21 to 24 May 2013, represent the Company at the XIII Conference of young professionals working in the companies engaged in activities related to the use of subsoil in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra " in Khanty-Mansiysk.
