JSC "Ulyanovskneft" won the regional competition for the best organization of labor protection

Ulyanovsk. JSC "Ulyanovskneft", a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft", is acknowledged one of the winners of the regional competition for the best organization of labor protection. Summing up of the results of the competition was held within the frames t the First Labor Forum of the Ulyanovsk region, which took place on April 11 in of Ulyanovsk.

The main objectives of the competition were organization of purposeful work oriented on prevention of occupational accidents,  ensuring safety and health of workers, creating  healthy and safe working conditions in the institutions of the Ulyanovsk region, synthesis and distribution of best practices of labor protection, improvement of activities aimed at providing workers with wider information about working conditions and labor safety. The winners were determined by the Commission, composed of representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Ulyanovsk region and  a technical inspector of Federation of trade union organizations. JSC "Ulyanovskneft" is carrying on its labor protection work in accordance with the corporate policy of the Company, the international standard of Occupational Health and Safety management OHSAS 18001 as well as applicable laws and regulations.  Preservation of life and health of workers, safety at work, reduction of negative environmental impact in the areas of operation of JSC "Ulyanovskneft" are the main priorities and the most important conditions for successful development of the company
