Belkamneft held the III research and practice conference among students
Izhevsk. Mikhail Gutseriev Oil and Gas Institute held the III Research and Practice Conference among higher educational institutions of the Volga and Ural region. The council of young specialists of OAO Belkamneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, traditionally organized the conference.
Above 40 students of Mikhail Gutseriev Oil and Gas Institute, Almeiyevsk State Oil Institute, Ufa State Oil and Technical University as well as of Izhevsk National Technical University and Kama Institute of Humanitarian and Engineering Technologies took part in this event.
Three directions were in the focus of the conference: Development and Start-up of Oil and Gas Fields; Drilling, Geology, Exploration and Development, Economy and Management; Automation, Metrology, Information Technologies.
Projects of the students were evaluated by a qualified jury, who considered relevance of the topic, originality of technical solutions, presentation quality and economical consistency of the project.
All winning places in Development and Start-up of Oil and Gas Fields were awarded to Pavel Menshikov, Roman Sklyamin and Alexey Ashimin, the students of Mikhail Gutseriev Oil and Gas Institute.
The first and the second winning places in Drilling, Geology, Exploration and Development were given to Artem Kuznetsov and Dnmitry Zorin, the students of Mikhail Gutseriev Oil and Gas Institute. The third place was given to Valeriya Brazhnik, the third year student of Ufa State Oil and Technical University.
The winning places were divided between Roman Sukhorukov, Evgeniy Matros, the students of Mikhail Gutseriev Oil and Gas Institute and Kseniya Linnik, the student of Almetyevsk State Oil Institute.
Totally 8 works of students were awarded diplomas and prizes according to the results of the conference.
Young specialists support is one of the priority directions of HR policy of the company. A number of programmes targeted at creation of comfortable circumstances and personal development of young specialists have been successfully operating in the company.
