Best Specialist contest has been launched at Varioganneft
Raduzhny, KhMAO. Traditional annual Best Specialist contest among the employees has been launched at OAO Varioganneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary. The winners in 17 categories will be defined within the contest. OAO Varioganneft and service subsidiaries employees of will take part in the contest.
The major aim of the contest is to unite the employees and increase the creativity of the staff, to create high motivation to work, to learn and develop cutting edge safe methods of work, professional training among both experienced and young specialists.
The first day of the contest, Best Chef category, will be held on 14 June at the administrative building of Varioganneft.
The competitions will be continued on 20 and 21 June. Masters in the field of oil, gas and condensate production; oil and gas production operators; well workover and servicing masters and operators; electronic engineers; process unit operators; well survey operators; boiler operators; processing pumps operators; operators of the pump station for working substance injection; chemists; mechanics (oil equipment repair); mechanics for control instruments and automation; turners; electricians for repair and service of electrical equipment; electric and gas welders.
Those who would appear to be the best specialist will represent Varioganneft at the regional contest of specialists of OAO NK RussNeft among the companies of Siberian group, which will be held at OAO MPK Agannetegazgeologiya from 7-09 August 2013.
