OAO Varioganneft employees took part in the XIII Conference of Young Specialists
Raduzhny, KhMAO. Employees of OAO Varioganneft, OAO NK RussNeft subsidiary, took part in the XIII Conference of Young Specialists of Russian oil and energy industry organisations, held in KhMAO. Totaly more than 300 representatives of the companies and organisations of Russian oil and gas industry visited Khanty-Mansiysk.
The participants of the conference discussed environmental issues; APG effective use; prevention of oil, oil products and produced water spill as well as securing of technical equipment reliability and oil contaminated lands remediation.
The joint stock company was represented this year by the most talented specialists who achieved the best results in the VIII Research and Practice Conference held at the company, among them were Pavel Kurenkov, operator of Oil and Gas Production (Grade 3), NGDU No. 2 of Zapadno-Varioganskoye oilfield and Davlet Islamov, chief engineer at the technical department of the wells operational analysis.
The jury was presented new modern projects with the opportunity of implementing the proposed solutions:”Implementation of water cut reduction and injection profile conformance applying viscoelastic liquids on the example of the Pad 159A of the Department of Oil and Gas Production at Zapadno-Varioganskoye field” as well as ”Operation of ESPs with low adhesive parts, made with acid-resistant polymeric composite materials”.
Participating in conferences like that is important for both young specialists and the company. The specialists can approve themselves and show their innovative ideas to implement them and contribute to the Company.
