OAO Belkaneft supported the first bicycle parade in Izhevsk
Izhevsk. The firs bicycle parade in Izhevsk took place in the capital of Udmurtia on the day of the city, June 12, under auspices of OAO Belkamneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft.
Over one thousand cyclists participated in the parade, including the head and representatives of the city administration. The event gathered cyclists of all ages. The youngest was 7, the oldest was 60. The array rode along the streets of the republic’s capital. Based on the results of the competition, a draw lottery of valuable prizes was held among the participating cyclists.
Support to the sport activities is a priority of the social policy of OAO Belkamneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft. Belkammotosport children sport school has been being funded for 12 years. Over 800 children from 8 areas of the republic practice there. The company also supports republican sport programs and activities. OAO NK RussNeft holding intends to continue to take active part in implementation of charitable projects socially important for the region.
