Varioganneft will allocate around 19 million rubles to the voluntary health insurance of its employees
Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO Varioganneft, subsidiary of OAO NK RussNeft, will allocate around 19 million rubles to the voluntary health insurance (VHI) of the company’s employees in 2013. This will allow the employees to have health tests and treatment in leading clinics of Russia.
OOO BIN Strakhovanie remains a permanent VHI partner of the company during its operation history.
The VHI program also provides for rehabilitation/recreational treatment to all Varioganneft employees in rest homes of Krasnodar region, Caucasus Mineral Waters, as well as in the best health resorts of Altay, Crimea and Russia’ moderate climate zone.
The health insurance of the employees is one of the most important and inherent parts of the corporate social policy. Varioganneft will continue the program for voluntary health insurance of all employees of the company in 2013.
Note that Varioganneft develops six fields in Khanty-Mansiysky and Yamalo-Nenetsky autonomous districts: Varioganskoye, Novo-Aganskoye, Valyuninskoye, Tagrinskoye, Zapadno-Varioganskoye, Yuzhno-Yarainerskoye, North of Tagrinskoye field. The company’s output in 2012 was 3.123 million tons. It is expected to increase to 3.352 million tons in 2013. The company’s personnel is over 1312 employees.
